I invite you to purchase a dedicated grief journal and to create a beautiful place to do your grief work. A small table or desk with candles to light nearby, and a potted plant or flower will feel supportive. Have writing pens, coloured markers, acrylic and watercolour paints, and some collage supplies handy. Have a glue stick, scissors and some old books, magazines and scrapbook papers on hand to cut up. I welcome you to process your loss and grief in a safe and supported environment.
